South Asian Females (max .20 in each class) & Chinese Females (max. 10 in each class)

 

 Aged 16 Or Above

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

The course will include the basic running knowledge, running training as well as the body weight training in a gradual plan.

BASIC RUNNING SKILLS

  • To Acquire Knowledge Of Stretching Skills Before And After Exercise.

 

  • To Learn About How To Run Correctly (I.e Correct Running Postures), eg Limbs Coordination,  Arms And Legs Movement... 

NUTRITION

  • To Be Able To Identify High/ Low Fat/ Protein food 

  • Importance Of Drinking Sufficient Water Daily 

  • Right Balance Of Diet (ie Proportion Of Carbohydrates Protein And Fat)
